Return policy
RETURN POLICY
Does the purchase not entirely meet your expectations? Or do you regret your purchase? You can return your order to us without stating a reason if:
- you return your order to us within 14 days (after notification);
- should the product be damaged, or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation in value of the product to you. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us in advance by email (info@wen-interior.com). You must do this within 14 days after receiving the order. We will then send you a confirmation with a return form that you must include with the return shipment. You then have 14 days to return the product with all accessories in its original condition and packaging. A return that has not been registered or has not been returned on time will not be accepted.
You can return the package via a PostNL Post Office or Servicepoint (check www.postnl.nl for the nearest address).
The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. When returning the entire order, the full order amount, including paid shipping costs, will be credited.
If your order had a purchase value higher than € 75.00, you did not pay shipping costs. If you return one or more items from this order, causing the purchase value to drop below € 75.00, we will still charge you the shipping costs of € 6.95 and settle this with the item(s) you returned.
If a product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own, WEN interior may decide to reimburse the return costs you incurred.
WEN interior is not liable for the loss of shipments or damage during transport. Therefore, always ensure a good, neutral packaging. When you return the package, make sure it is sufficiently stamped/franked. WEN interior unfortunately cannot accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments, and these shipments will automatically be refused.
The moment we have received your return shipment, we will transfer the amount due to the bank account number used within 14 days.
DAMAGES
Has your order arrived damaged? If you can already see damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the package and ask the delivery person to report this immediately.
If you have already accepted the package and later discover that the packaging is damaged, check if the product has a defect. If this is the case, please contact WEN interior as soon as possible (within 14 days of receiving the order). We will let you know as soon as possible whether we can replace the product or refund the purchase amount. If we ask you to return the damaged product, we will reimburse the return costs.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not possible with us. If you wish to exchange a product for something else, please return the product in question to us, after which we will refund the purchase amount. You can order the alternative product online at any time.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Items that are in the SALE as well as the paintings cannot be returned. Items that are delivered upon order (custom/special orders) also cannot be returned.
