Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help within the conditions below.

In-store purchases
For items purchased in our store in Cómpeta, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Where we agree to accept a return, the item may be exchanged or store credit may be issued.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, store credit may be offered.

Faulty or damaged items
If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find an appropriate solution. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Exceptions
Custom-made, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
