Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help within the conditions below.

Online orders

For items purchased through our website, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us in advance at info@wen-interior.com within this period. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, including all components.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer law.

In-store purchases

For items purchased in our store in Cómpeta, we do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns are exchanged or issued as store credit only. Store credit can be used for future purchases in our shop.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both online and in-store purchases.

If an item is defective or arrives damaged without fault from the customer, we may cover return shipping costs where applicable.

Damaged items

If your order arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery and request a damage report from the carrier.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 14 days so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund (online orders only), or store credit where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued instead.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Sale items
    • Paintings made by WEN
    • Custom-made or made-to-order items
    • Large furniture pieces made to order (where applicable)
